TreeRouter Terms of Service

Welcome to TreeRouter (the "Platform"). This agreement is the legal contract between you and the Platform regarding your use of the API relay and integration gateway services.

Acceptance: By registering, signing in, or using any service of the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-product notices or email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the modified terms.

TreeRouter is an integrated API relay gateway designed to optimize the API call path through technical means.

Role definition: The Platform acts solely as technical middleware responsible for routing, forwarding and billing of requests. We do not produce, store or modify the specific content of API interactions.

Scope of service: The available models, pricing and technical-support coverage are as displayed live on the relevant pages.

Truthfulness of information: You must provide truthful and accurate registration information.

Key protection (core): The API key generated on the Platform is your sole credential for accessing the service. You shall take all necessary measures to keep it secure. Any request initiated with your API key is deemed authorized by you, and you are solely responsible for the resulting fees and legal consequences.

Account transfer: Transferring, leasing, or selling your account is strictly forbidden without our written consent.

Prepaid model: The Platform operates on a top-up-then-consume prepaid model. The system deducts your balance in real time based on the API type and token consumption of each call.

Pricing standards: Pricing may change based on upstream provider price adjustments. We recommend reviewing the pricing page periodically.

Refund terms: Due to the nature of digital services, consumed balance is non-refundable. Unused balance from a top-up may be refunded within 7 days of the top-up date, less any third-party payment-channel fees. If your account is suspended due to a breach of this agreement (e.g., engaging in illegal activity), the remaining balance is non-refundable.

When using the Platform’s services, you must strictly comply with the following:

Prohibited content: Using the API to generate, transmit or store any content that violates applicable local or international law is strictly forbidden — including but not limited to violence, pornography, terrorism, misinformation and material that infringes others’ copyrights.

Prohibited attacks: Disrupting Platform stability through malicious concurrency, reverse engineering, DDoS attacks or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden.

Compliance statement: You must ensure your end application complies with the usage policies of upstream providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Upstream dependencies: The stability of the Platform’s service depends heavily on third-party providers. The Platform is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by upstream maintenance, outages, policy changes or export restrictions, but will make best efforts to assist with recovery.

Force majeure: The Platform is not liable for losses caused by force-majeure events such as cyberattacks, backbone-network failures or government orders.

Content disclaimer: The Platform has no obligation to review API-generated content. Users are solely and fully responsible for any legal disputes arising from their use of AI-generated content.

All intellectual property in the Platform and its associated technology, marks and interfaces belongs to TreeRouter.

Copyright in your data and API interaction content belongs to you or your end users.

Suspension for breach: If you breach these terms, we may suspend or permanently terminate your access without prior notice.

Voluntary termination: You may stop using the service at any time. The disclaimer and indemnity provisions of these terms continue to apply until your account is closed.

The formation, performance and interpretation of this agreement, and the resolution of any disputes, shall be governed by applicable law. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Platform’s place of operation.
